Womens Kickboxing

In this class students learn to use their natural weapons -elbows, knees, punches, and kicks. In addition to great conditioning in an upbeat motivating environment, care is taken to teach the proper form and body mechanics to eliminate potential injuries during training and gain maximum effectiveness.

The class also incorporates the physical conditioning and cardiovascular benefits of Thai Boxing.
